Hey there, I'm new here and have read a good part of this thread. Whatever the motivations for killing your balls, this method, followed correctly seems reliable. I do have to ask that how do you get on with the medical professionals? To get progressive ultrasounds here would be nigh on impossible here. The urologists here are in it together, so to get a second opinion is a waste of time. they will not undermine the other's opinion. Due to severe orchalgia, I was castrated august 2002. My urologist has since retired. My new one, who was engaged to remove the prosthetics and scrotum asked who took my balls out. when I told him, he asked why did he do that? In spite of having full funding to remove the prosthetics and scrotum, he changed his mind during surgery saying that he didnt have time and it wasn't necessary to remove the sack. I was pretty pissed off. Of course all his 'mates' agreed and refused to communicate with me. In desperation I ended up banding and cutting off the saggy, itchy sack of discomfort. Later in the hospital, where the wound was cleaned up I got some really funny looks/ comments. Fortunately it was deemed 'an accident' All the best, B

So I have been"practicing" using a sowing needle. I have found it impossible to actually penetrate the testicle. I can easily pierce my scrotum, but afraid the needle will snap of I press much harder. I have syringes arriving this week, and hope they will be more effective. Can I use just saline solution as used for contact lenses as a practice?

Don't use a sewing needle its way too blunt and unless you have sterilised it will cause problems.

Please read back through the posts and you may find that most folks use a thin hollow needle on a syringe.

Much sharper than sewing needle, use one needle per nut as the needle gets duller the more you use it.

Ok, thanks. I bought syringes with sharp needless. Will saline do permanent damage? I have been reading through this thread for a couple of days now, not sure I saw this.

I have injected saline and I am sure it does not cause any damage. The salt in saline is only 0.9% so a tiny amount. Although it does feel great and makes you ball bigger and hard until the saline s absorbed by the body.

Thanks for the info. So you used just regular saline solution from the pharmacy?

Right now i feel much better, even though my mood constantly changes.

Hormones are not really "medication". I understand the reluctance to take weird chemicals like statins or whatever that are not fully understood in their function throughout the body (for example statins disrupt the CoQ pathway and cause troubles with muscle regeneration). But testosterone and estrogen are simply the same thing as meant to be in people's bodies anyway.

Certainly with hormones you still need to watch your doses and such. Also, if you're taking these while you still have gonads (testicles or ovaries) then the external hormones will "fight" your natural process for generating the levels. But if you're castrated, it should only be a natural effect.

To put it another way, you're already "playing" with your hormone levels by getting castrated in the first place. There is no difference in then trying to dial in an appropriate TRT level.

It is possible to cause damage to a testicle by injecting almost any liquid into it. The situation is that the capsule of the testicle is not as elastic as it might be and combined with the inside of a testicle being subject to damage from pressure (even moderate pressure) therefore damage can result. I am not claiming that you will castrate yourself just be aware that this is NOT a risk free procedure. Also, in some jurisdictions saline solution is only available by prescription. --FLO--

Don’t ever expect recovery from testicles injected with Calcium Chloride mine were destroyed by one injection which was my desire but if you want possible recovery use alcohol or don’t risk anything!
