And one each and the damn little stink bugs get sucked into the tank and dead as tiny doornails.
And that started a chronicles of xenocide.
On the weather topic.... well, it is 20th of December. It is 60 degrees north of equator, and we have rain and +7C outside.
I wished for a house near the warm sea... and nature took the wish literally

Wow. I bet you have more public indecency at +7 C up there than Sun City, AZ. (a retirement town with more cases per capita of public indecency than any other town in Arizona).

You should see me chasing down bugs with a flyswatter. It's absolutely manic! Emotionally enjoyable.
And completely certifiable if anyone else was in the house at the time.

It's the Winter Solstice, and I just killed a mosquito in the house. No kidding.

Christmas Eve might be 65 degrees F in Pittsburgh with a low of 40 deg F.
It should be 40 deg as a high and 20 deg F as a low.

Nicest Christmas day weather I've ever experienced in upstate NY. Low 60s and sunny.

Our luck has run out.
50F today and tomorrow, then 40F and on down.
My large Christmas cactus is hanging outside under the awning, and I have a hanging basket with a petunia and ageratum still alive. The Dianthus will go all winter, though.
This beats the year I had a bell pepper plant in a pot live until Thanksgiving.

Can you believe it?
