You should really get them removed if they're dead. Atrophied organs, testicles in your case, have a high cancer risk. If they're dead, they're not worth keeping anyway. That's my warning.

Congrats on your success. You should be a complete eunuch soon! Can you share about the women nurses and doctors and their responses? Most of the women that I've had to deal with were more compassionate and sympathetic then the male doctors, at least most of them were. I had a few female specialists who were bad, but most were a whole lot better to deal with then the male doctors. I'm tracking the differences between genders in the medical profession. Also, what about your scrotum? What about your penis? There are differences in many eunuchs. Some eunuchs seek penectomy as the ultimate goal of their journey, some not. Where do you stand at this time?

after doing injections do you guys now have to masturbate in order to get a hard- on. . i no longer have the all day hard on where I would have many erections throughout the day. Now my penis is limp but it gets erect if I watch porn.

And you expected something else? You do know what castration causes? Bad idea to inject your nuts if you don't.

i keep my scrotum as it is, and keep my penis as i work outside and on the roads i think i find it hard to take a piss with out.

i had a trainee female docotor and i think it was her first time to deal with a male, she was a very gentle touching my balls and i think she did have more compassion then the male doctors, all of the nurses where female and most of them didnt care or was not worried about where it was.

the male doctor for the hosital was a bit of a asshole and it jsut seem to be another day for him (this doc is the one said to him i was very worried about the other one and it was stressing me out , i ask him i dont care if you take both today his answer was we dont cut off limp because it strees poeple out what a fucking asshole)

, my speciasist now he was very careing and you couldnt ask for a better doctor, nothing was to hard for him,

I don't think it is fair to call a doctor a fucking asshole because he won't remove body parts on demand. By most standards, he did the right thing. The reality is that we are technically mentally ill (i.e. at minimum have a body dysmorphia if we want our genitals gone). Certainly there are better ways to deal with mentally ill people, and where people have an obsession sometimes the "least harm" approach is to actually enable the conclusion. But it is entirely reasonable for doctors to give a firm "we won't do that" without much further explanation.

It is correct (professionally, ethically, socially) for every doctor to resist removing your testicles unless classically medically "necessary", which mostly means cancer, infection, or well-documented gender identity motivation.
