The injections quickly become addictive and difficult to not rush things.

to see what it would be like after 4 days. Was pretty painful and difficult to inject. Had to push pretty hard to get the needle through but there was very little sensation most of the way until i started to inject. I had them tied so that the cord was compressed to tighten up against the sack and to numb a little. When the string was released after injecting i found that there was a strong pain in my abdomen for a while... so i guess this is the vodka going through the cord or else the nerve cells working stronger when the cord is released. So slept it off for an hour and everything is fine now.

Does anyone think that it's a good or bad thing to restrict the cords of the testicles before injecting?

Its been 6 months since my last post. Only did about 5 injections to left ball before I got an infection, so only been doing right one. Done about 15 to right one and it got harder and a lump on it, so went to docs who sent me for ultrasound. Been to see uroligist today for results of second ultrasound, first ultrasound results were rubbish. They have found something in both testicles, but dont know what they are. After infection in left testicle it has now shrunk. One idea is to remove left testicle for biopsy, as doc thinks it isnt working. Not sure I want to go through 2 ops though,

Aishling1979 I never tie anything, I just grab the bag of skin behind the testicle with one hand, make sure the testicle is pushed up all the way against the sac and inject. I find tieing causes the blood to rush to the testicle whereas just a grab does not cause the blood to rush to that area

i also never tied too much pain!! held on w/ left injected w/ right,small amounts of 151proof,once a week,almost no pain ,twins lost 2/3rds..size.

thanks... i guess there is no need to tie them up tightly but of do like to have tight to the sac so as to prevent alcohol getting into the sac... I do like to have both hands free though to be able to ensure everything is sanitised as I go.

The other thing is in using 80 proof need to to a lot more injections i guess... they have shrunk a lot but still produce plenty of sperm. Anyone know when the sperm should stop been produced... will it be clear at that stage?

The only way to know if you are producing sperm is to have your seaman examined under a microscope. The color has nothing to to do with the presence or absence of sperm.

The best way to prevent alcohol from leaking into the sack is to use the smallest bore needles you can find, at least 25 gauge if not 27 or 28.

I used 30 ga, 1cc syringes. No leakage, no trauma.

insulin needles work best, my issue is sometimes i will press hard on the plunger putting pressure on the injection spot causing a big black and blue on the sac. I wont be doing these injections unless of get a surge of anger then I know my testicles have repaired themselves and need another nuke hit.

Hi, my name is Silvia and i am new in this site. Well, i have tried to inject in my right testicle this morning but i have failed. I was very scaried because i wasn't sure where was the epididymis and i was very worried about it (my testicles are small and is more difficult to see the form of them).

I have done two tries in two hours : The first try , the syringe was inserted very quick and i felt a little pain and then i retired it. Only a drop of blood, so i tried other side, but the second and last try i did it one hour or more later, and only in the scrotum because this time i have more fear than the first, and another drop of blood in the outside. Finally, i decided to do it other day , i am frustrated because i have read all posts of this theme and i was sure to do it, but i need more time to do it good.

P.D: Sorry, i didn't say the measure of the needle: 0.13 inches of thick and 0.47 long, and the syringe has the capacity of 1 cc. i have a question ¿ How is the better position of the body to do the injections (lie, sit,)? Thanks to all, i will tell you more about my "trip", soon.
