First, don't worry about your English. It's better than that of many here who are native speakers of English.

As to how long you can go before permanent damage occurs, I know from my hubby's experience, and the experience of others who have reported their experience, that permanent damage is unlikely if you band for an hour or less. Some here have warned of a potentially fatal issue with blood clots, so I would be remiss if I didn't mention that, but I have yet to see a single documented case where one resulted from penis banding. At the other end of the spectrum, my hubby was banded for about 14 hours before we got him to the emergency room, where they were forced to perform a penectomy due to permanent damage. We don't know exactly at what point the doctors removed the band, so I can't give you an exact time, but the decision that the penis had to go was made at about the 14- to 16-hour point. My suggestion--and I'm not a medical professional--would be that if you leave the band on for more than 2-3 hours, head for the emergency room and have the doctors take the band off, because the risk of taking it off yourself may be appreciable. I don't believe there is a safe way to achieve permanent damage from banding without a real risk of destruction. Just the suggestion of someone with limited experience.

Hello, I wanted to share two mistakes I made with you: using too much lidocain and putting lidocain under the foreskin.

A week ago i soaked a papertowel in Xylocain pumpspray dental, which is 10 % Lidocain, very heavy stuff and put it around my p. with a plastic back to protect my feet etc,

I used appr. 15 ml = 1500 mg Lidocain, which is far to much (https://wiki.bme.com/index.php?title=Lidocaine_Toxicity) and would be lethal if injected intravenös.

I pumped much of it underneath my foreskin, i wanted to be sure to feel nothing.

then i used three bands for three hours.

after that i had many blisters on my p and my foreskin on the tip of my p. was very big.

I ignored my p for three days but then i pinned the blisters and the went away. Only my foreskin stayed big, there must have been a blister inside.

Then it started.

Very painfull to take a piss. And the tip of the foreskin started getting blue, then green!

I tried alcohol, garlic etc, no improvement.

I had very painful days, i couldn't wear pants because i pressed to hard and very painfull piss.

Yesterday night i tried Natrium-Hydro-Carbonate (Soda). I ran for one hour throug the streets, panting heavily, it hurt more than anything i had ever known.

It improved immediately, mist going away.

right know my skin turned white, it doesn't hurt to piss and i'm happy so far.

Don't make my mistake!

Update 13.03: Parts of the white skin is going off and new skin is under it. Very happy

Thank you for sharing. We always hear of the successes, but we need to hear of the mistakes and failures too. In fact, those are more important to hear about as we need more cautionary tales around here.

I agree with Losethem. We definitely need more cautionary tales on the Archive. Not everyone has perfect success on their first attempt. We all need to learn from others' mistakes so as not to make them ourselves.

I have done a lot of banding over the last 7 or 8 years ... it takes a LOT to do full on damage ... I didn't start out so aggressively but in the last few years my normal regimen is 45m to 75m per band for a target of 3hrs cumulative per day with 10m break between each band ... often for 2 to 4 (or more) days (I remember I did that once for 2 weeks every day and similiar at least few times). My intent is to induce numbness and nerve damage and it generally works from 1 to 6 weeks - usually less than 2 weeks tho - however I definitely have what I think is a permanent reduction in sensation of what I think is at least 50% maybe 75%. As soon as I start to feel it I do it again. Strangely it's my circumcision scar that is always the most sensitive??? I am not sure why that is but I kinda hate it. Sometimes I use ice during the process as well. I think it's more effective limp than hard but it's hard to properly judge. I sometimes use a lidocaine cream called Emla to relieve the pain. I usually put a doubled over scrunched up condom under the band to successfully relieve the sting when removing the band.

In a perfect world I would like to have it removed but I don't really want to end up in CAS/ER ... especially that my family has a background in medicine (doctors/nurses etc).

Particularly in the last year I have noticed changes ... it doesn't recover anymore and there is peripheral purpleness all the time - especially in the head, it heals incredibly slowly, sexual activity results in chafing injuries which are not really apparent until the next day and take a week or more to heal (and I can still feel their sting especially in the shower!), it retracts inside itself a lot of the time and it has shrunk (but I am on androcur since I detected my balls growing back from alcohol shots). I definitely have damaged the circulatory system to it. I generally find it pleasing that is it damaged. I'd love to do what numbhead has but I know I probably couldn't... I think I might have done 90m once but I generally am pacing back and forth from pain after about 50m.

I have had no problem from clots or other adverse effects other than above. I am happy with the results - I want more tho.

I have done about 15 spirityus shots about 5 years ago which were successful for a long time - but in the last 18 months I have detected they have recovered ... I am considering CaCL in the last 6m.

I only write this as a possible addition to the community knowledge. Good luck to you all :>

I am surprised at your comment ... perhaps I am uninformed but I thought the leydig cells were adjacent to the spermiferous tubules which were generally all thru the central testicle ... Well been awhile, haven't banded in months although the damage I'd say is close to permanent. I can't get a complete erection no more. When I do all is able about 60% and that's being generous. To be able to ejaculation with masterbating I feel my arm is gonna fall off before, most of the time I end up giving up. I did try a one night stand with a young college cutie at a bar, didn't go to good. I used the excuse to much alcohol. Truth be known it was like trying to push a cooked noodle into her.
