Me too, I think about Dr A all the time. I wish that I had the ability get away from work (NYC) for a week or two, and become a "Real" eunuch rather than just another guy with low testosterone.

Regrettably the good doctor doesn't take credit cards or I would be done by now.

I have not seen it mentioned here that Dr. Arnkoff's wife Terry died in March of this year.

Nothing inappropriate about mentioning the passing. It happens to us all.

I spoke with the good Doctor on Tuesday 9-4 and explained my situation and he said he would be able to assist me with my Orchie. After a short discussion of my current physical state as well as my reasons for the surgery he said just name the date that works for you and he will get the ball rolling (no pun intended). He was very kind sounding on the phone and I hope this procedure goes as well as others have said it was. Hopefully by next month I will be a fully qualified Eunuch and will live my much more contently and harmoniously with my wife for years to come.

You will find that your testosterone level will plummet and the need for HRT to maintain stamina. Also, you probably will lose almost all of your desire for sex even when using HRT, while still being able to perform when needed. That's my experience anyway; others may have different ones.
