My doctor said he considered castration level of testosterone to be anything under 50 ng/dl.

I was hoping that there was a decimal point to move. I have a way to go before I can claim a ROH castration. :-\

I like the low dosage as there is no pain other than the needle prick. I was able to get only .3 ml in my left ball this morning. But my bigger right ball took 1.2 ml before getting hard. I still have about 28 needles of the 100 I bought in Canada. I usually inject every other day so about 2 more months and I will just drink (hic) the rest of the vodka.

This past Saturday morning I decided to shoot up the "boys" again and was able to inject 2cc's into each testicle without any pain or problems. My left nut is smaller than normal; however I don't think my earlier injections had anything to do with that. My right nut swelled up a bit after the injection but isn't painfull. I'll give it try for the next 3-5 days and see what happens....

Each year I learn more from the EA.

With Siterone my T level is in the mid 100 range.

I suppose I could get it lower if I took more Siterone for more time.

I don't want to take (and can't afford ) to take Siterone the rest of my life.

Prior to Siterone my T level was in the mid 200 range.

All research indicates 300 would be the minimum for "normal" existence.

Of course, higher would be "better than normal", so to speak.

One thing leads to another.

Thus the next step in the process for me is going to be alcohol injection.

Still researching it.

I want to destroy the testes so that I don't have to take Siterone forever.

There are many personal experiences in the EA, but they are not always easy left to find.

I was getting melancholy about little to no hope of castration.

This will be almost as good, maybe even better.

I had my 3rd round of vodka injections (2cc in each "boy") this past Saturday. Some very slight swelling and very little pain..actually discomfort. Today is Monday morning and there is no discomfort and the swelling in both testicles has gone down. I'm hoping that both balls will be somewhat smaller by mid-week?

I injected again 180 proof ethyl alcohol (1.4 mL into each testicle) after a 1 month break. It is now harder to insert the needle but the injection is less painful.

Now I feel like my testicles are half dead, after more than 10 injections since I started 3 months ago.

I think permanent changes start to take place: I noticed mild atrophy of the testes and softer skin. I think my libido has decreased a little, sometimes I don't have erections for days, but I'm not sure because when I think that I'm becoming a eunuch and when I imagine how my body will change I get horny and I need to masturbate. I hope it will happen less and less often.

I'll continue to do injections every 3 weeks. When you start you would like to get immediate results but in fact it takes months and you will succeed only if you are persevering (and cautious) enough. And if you're not sure stop before it's too late.

What will you do after you are satisfied that your testicles are dead. Removal or just let them atrophy?

So far I have experienced a small decrease in volume but concerning the texture, thickness and color it varies, sometimes it is clearer and more transparent, sometimes it is whiter and a little thicker.

After I'm sure that my testicles are dead I will let them atrophy for now, but maybe one day I will have them removed.

I did about 35 injections of 3cc into my testicles over a 3 month period. They got so hard I could not inject into them anymore and they had no feeling at all. That was about 6 to 8 months ago and now they are starting to get softer and have some feeling again. I think I am going to have to start again. They are tough and hard to kill.
