I have been taking 100mg per day for almost 6 weeks. At 3 weeks I had my T level checked and I was at 66 and the reference level of 241-827. Over all I feel great and will be having my T level checked in a little less than 3 months. I dont get nocturnal erections or spontaneous ones but am quite able to maintain an erection with manual stimulation and have a quite satisfying orgasm. I was quite surprised with this but it is still early so this too might change. I hope to soon go down to 50mg per day and see if I still get the same results.

I quit taking the CA about two weeks ago (ran out) and now have a mild throbing and tenderness under my nipples. Has anyone else experienced this after stopping androcur? I shold have my supply of CA again next week.

I had this a 6 months ago followed by some small breast growth, the tenderness and growth stoped when I went back to Androcur and off DP.

This may be a dumb question, but how do you get Androcur? Do you have to be prescribed it by a Dr.?

Many of us have used this site for androcur and other castration type drugs. This link is for the generic for androcur. Very good service and you should get your pills in 2 weeks or less. No prescription required.

Thanks for the information, I want to go the chemical route before getting it done for real.

This medicine blocks the effect of the male hormone testosterone in the body. This decreases the amount of testosterone produced in the body. At first, cyproterone often causes loss of strength and energy or tiredness. However, these effects tend to remit after about the third month of treatment.

Short term use of Androcur?
Either I searched the wrong places or answers are not posted about when tiredness is not an issue any more and when strength can start to come back. My last dose of andocur was on June 27th, I was taking 200 mg divided into 2 doses in AM & PM for 8 days.
I have noticed answers about sexual function returning, have noticed a few posts about very quickly have tiredness and weakness issues, did not find any comments about when tiredness and weakness become a none issue after stopping short term use of Androcur. My tiredness is about the same but from what I can do in a type of group weight training my strength is still decreasing. The effect was first noticed on day 3 of Androcur 2 more days of pushing the same weight with a lot more effort and exhaustion, after this and up to and including class on July 1st I have continued to drop amount of weight and still wear out and do less work the before. I consider tiredness how much sleep I need and exhaustion meaning muscle fatigue during exercise.
I know YMMV, I am wondering if any answers are available from others?
Thanks for any insight into this.
