Should you genuinely wish to see an accurate castration, that is, one done under surgical conditions, one assumes that various teaching Universities have video tapes of persons having this procedure probably for the treatment of testicular cancer. Another posssibility might be to contact groups that work in areas of gender reassignment. I feel certain in saying that neither of these two possiblities would allow you to view them. Possibly in Italy or Europe you might have some success. However, increasingly it seems that you are fascinated with the act not as it applies to you but rather as a fetish. Please understand what I and others here are and have tried to suggest to you and that is you need to very clearly understand your motives both pyschological and physical. Remember that ultimately you are having an effect on many persons beyond yourself. Their reactions need to be considered and weighed.

As far as not using any anesthetics is concerned: FORGET IT!!! Yes there are claims of not using anesthetics in Asia but notice where most of where the world's poppy flowers are grown. My take on it is that whereas they may not be using one of our highly refined heroin derivatives for the procedure, they nevertheless probably are using something more natural from their backyard or something else besides the poppy flower (and there are others). I, myself am somewhat familiar with some New Mexico folk remedies for various things with which I half way grew up with but by no means am I any sort of expert and know that anesthesia is extremely important. Once the body goes into shock this in itself becomes a very major and extremely dangerous malady that has to be treated in of itself.
