The first month is annoying as hell and then the second month you will still seeing it diminish even further. And this whole entire period you are not to sit on the floor or your bed cross-legged (easier said than done for some of us) plus a whole bunch of other stuff but eventually you'll get over it. And don't let the rhythm get you carried away. No dancing in the living room. You may want to consider becoming a nun.

Who says Nuns cain't dance in the living room? Used to have a disco ball hanging in the bishop's receiving room....

hi all,

now it is two weeks after my castration - the scars are hard on both sides of my scrotalskin, and under the skin there hard clots - I hope they are going away - (the day after the surgury my scrotalskin was flat) - maybe a haematome under the skin. The doc said, he had cut the cords very short, so the end of the cords (stubs) are in the inguinal canal - I am happy, that I don´t have to shave in this situation because I have permanent removed my hairs years before via electrolyse.

I think what you're are describing as far as hard clots is normal. I had the same thing and they went away in about one month.

It took some time for everything to heal but it will the main thing you dont want is an infection and if that is taken care of you just have to take time.

I hoped 6 weeks after castration my knots on both sides of the scrotum should be gone, but it isn´t so.

I think under the scars are stubs - not the cord-ends the doc said to me (the cord-ends are in the inguinal canal) but some blood-ends maybe.

I think I have to go to another doc to open the scars again - or make one longline scar and cut the hole scrotum away. maybe this is the best!!

what do you think about this idea?

it is helpful to hear other minds.

thanks norbert from germany

Everyone heals at different rates. 6 weeks is not enough time for you to fully heal. I was told by a doctor that the inside wound heals much slower than an outside wound. He also told me that it could take anywhere from 3-6 months for the inside to heal fully.

Unless you have a problem in the area such as an infection, I would not worry. You need to give it more time to heal.

And for things like scars, it can take up to a year for them to fully settle down into more of a 'final appearance'.
