Actually from what I have experienced is that the major problem comes from managing the swelling that develops along with a wound that has to remain uncontaminated despite all of the swelling tissue around it. . In primates as compared to the split-hooved animals swelling is the issue that we have to be concerned with that is not at all an issue with goats, sheep, antelope, kines, deer and the like. Dogs and cats also don't swell so bad as primates. Swelling is the major issue to be concerned with. And the problem would remain the same with a burdizzo or any other type of clamp that is normally used for any of the split-hooves that we manage.

That's how it should be. Someone else somewhere must/might need another pair of testicles, and if I don't want mine why not just donate them or even sell them? Ya know? Just common sense, I do believe.
I think if you start offering cash for testicles there'll be a LOT more ball-less men walking around. I would have sold my for large Mt. Dew and a couple chili-dogs.

Which half? I've seen some photos of those guys with their penises on BME but I don't think seen anyone split with 1 half missing... now that would be oddity among oddities.
