Does anyone knows what knickname dr.Steve used on the website?

What was his real name? No one in Antwerp seems to know who he really was?

ORR Belgium operated in a street called Balansstraat. Belgian Police raided the clinic two weeks ago.

In Belgium there's al lot of fuzz in the newspapers, but the journalist don't seem to understand what the clinic was all about. The describe dr Steve as sickminded wacko who enjoyed cutting off testicals and making huge amounts of money by selling weird films about his operations.

I got an email from his assistant and she said he had an apparant heart attack (yes he was overweight) and was in the hospital. She was with him for two hours and left. He died suddenly 30 minutes later. That's all I know. The press reports seem highly sensational.

The pressreports are very sensational, indeed. The ORR is called a sex-hospital or a SM Clinic.

Some journalists even suggest Steve wasn't a real doctor and the whole clinic was hoax.

One newspaper also wrote that Steve was German, not Belgian. I wonder where they get their information.

In one report a certain Karsten Schmidt was cited as the real owner of the ORR website. Never heard of this name. Does it ring a bell to you?

Surely the bureacracy must have known about it's existance? I can't imagine departments would not have known it was there.

You might be surprized. There was a recent case in my area where a very large pot growing operation was busted - about 1800 mature plants. They were being grown indoors, full set up. The house and barn (it was a bit rural) was on the next parcel over from the sheriff. What tipped it off was the electric bill - got way out of proportion and the power company called the neighbors....

There was a link from 0-r-r to a clinic in germany, staff trained by Dr. Steve. They may be able to pick up where O-r-r left off.

I agree, I believe he had a license to operate the place as a private clinic. Nothing gets past the bureauracy in Belgium.

I just tried going to O-R-R's website this morning. The site is no longer there, instead a notice came up on my screen saying "website not yet configured."

It also said that the site I was trying to find could not be accessed.

So for now at least, both the clinic and the website are gone. Only time will tell if they are gone for good.

O-R-R also had a group on Yahoo, but membership has to be approved to join. I don't know if the Yahoo group is still there, but if anyone here is a member of the Yahoo Group Operating Room Roleplay, there might be some information on that Yahoo Group's website.

Quick note here. I just went to Yahoo Groups and searched for the Operating Room Roleplay Group. I was not able to find it so I guess even the Yahoo Group is gone.

Like I said, only time will tell if any part of O-R-R will return.
