I have heard bits about the "Downing Street Memos" but have never actually read them until very recently. I had an idea about their content -- but never knew how blatantly and casually they "memo'd" Bush/Cheney's fraudulent case for war.
So -- I think it is the American People who deserve to be impeached -- for willful ignorance of this administration's crimes.
Call the Senate to Order. Let the Chief Justice declare: "The American People are deemed guilty of negligent self righteous delusion, and are hereby sentenced to pay actual attention to things their elected officials do, say, write, and, ummm ... invade."
