Yeah, fighting the urge to eat helps keep morale up over in these parts, for me. :D

I agree, you look great.

I've been pretty fortunate in most ways of my fast motab too. I've cycled a lot for most of my life, so that definitely burns the calories. I tried gaining weight, for a couple of months I worked out pretty much everyday with weights, drank weight gainer and I gained a whole 5 lbs... Guess people just have to take me the way I am. One reason why I wanted to gain weight was to race bikes, mainly mountain bikes, but I just build up my legs to be highly competitive. :( Oh well. Id still much rather be underweight then over. Many folks have problems, either trying to lose, others trying to gain. Part of life, and we move on...

No, no, no. That is not how you gain weight. That's hoe you bulk up. There's a difference. If you want to gain weight, park your ass on the couch, surround yourself with pop, beer, chips, junk food, etc, and stare at a TV for 8 hours a day. Soon you'll be putting on weight like a champ. Oh, and cut out any of that nasty exercising. It's bad for putting on weight.

no, no, no... I dont want a fat ass or gut. I do want to gain weight, but I want it to be muscle. I wonder how that guy in Mechanic went from bulked up, to skinny back to bulked up so quickly and easily. Oh wait... he probably didnt do anything but work out, and had a dietrition on hand.
