In your other thread I told you this would happen. ;) I had the same clumps after my castration and they dissolved in about 2-3 weeks.
twaddler (imported) wrote: Mon Jan 15, 2007 3:46 am Those strange clumps of what I assume to be the ends of spermatic cords have shrunken down a whole lot. :D Now they are smaller than my testes were and seem to be disappearing quickly. This is very happy-making.

I went to the hospital ER Friday night after a large patch of scab that covered some of the stitches fell off and under it it looked like it was covered with pus and some blood. It turned out I mistook scar tissue for pus and it wasn't blood but just a very small amount of drainage. They said everything is healing up very well and there don't appear to be any problems.

Though, oddly, the clump on the right hasn't shrunk much more (though the left is almost gone).

And the itching! Arghgh!! Itching is good everyone says, but I sure can't wait for it to stop; I feel the need to paw at my crotch everywhere I go.

Scabs and itching aside, you are still my hero for doing what you did!

Any more notable reactions from family or friends?

As long as the wound is closed, it would probably not be a bad thing to put some salve on the area. An anti itching cream you can pick up at the pharmacy or most large grocery stores.

Give the lump time to shrink. Sometimes they take a while. Not all of my swelling, etc. went away completely for upwards of 3 months. Of course there was significant damage done originally, and 2 subsequent surgeries didnt help any. Patience.

Nope. My one friend still wants me to show off my work to her. lol..

Also the emptiness on the left side of my scrotum feels kind of cool. I can't wait to I'm finished healing. *squeeee*

So do I !! :)

But even if we don't get to see, I hope you've been keeping photographic documentation at least for yourself.

(Ha! I almost was gonna write 'and for your kids'. LoL. Uhhhh, scrap that, huh? 😄 )

Hmmm.. No, I havn't taken any photos yet. I want to wait until it heals completely (it's almost there, on the outside at least. I had thought it was going to leave this nasty scar but it seems like it's going to look not bad at all).

My testosterone levels == 35. Supposedly the normal male range is 200-800 according to my doc and normal female range is 17-75.

So, anyway, this is good news for me. :D

And my scrotum is healing so well. I though there'd be a nasty scar but it seems to be disappearing quite well. Those pesky cord knots are almost gone too and not sore anymore. Still lots of itching.. not too bad though.

Congrats on your improved T range!!

Have you noticed any personality effects?

What about scrotum size? Has the sac shrunk?

How is your doc reacting to your situation?

Sorry to keep on about reactions of others .... I'm just very curious.

Hope the question's not intrusive.
