But, when I watch classical ballet, where guys dance in tight-fitting bodysuits, I for some reason always involuntarily pay my attention to area of their groin .

Yes, that's not the reason...

Though this reminds me about 8 or so years ago, when I went to the Disney animal park in Florida, USA, watching the Lion King show and the tumble monkeys in it (see this video, it shows bits of the show (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mK7fJKb8S_w)) It appeared one of the requirements to play a tumble monkey is to tuck your man parts like a drag queen.

We wouldn't want all the eyes of the little impressionable children in the audience to see a tumble monkey has genitals after all...

Whatever they were doing to tuck didn't work out so well for about 3 of them the day I was there, because by the end of the performance, it was clear which one of them I'd like to take home with me.

Somewhat reminds me of an interview I read way to many years ago...

Bruce Wayne, the original TV Batman, was talking about his experience on the show, and how the producers were complaining about the 'bulge' in his costume tights They suggested he wear a jockstrap... He said he was, so they said to wear two... Made the problem worse... He said that he ended up having to go to the doctor and get medication to reduce the size of the "problem"...

I remember at the time thinking how much this showed amazing dedication to the performing arts...

Now I wonder how many folks here would be wanting to know what the doctors prescribed. :D
