No, no, no, we have three seasons. Almost winter, winter, and still winter. --FLO--
Well, we finally got that coldfront MN sent down here. Everyone is talking about how great it feels, how wonderful the cool weather is and away from that relentless and intense heat.
It dropped to a low of 72 degrees, but will be back in the 80's next week.

Here in Northern CA it actually diped into the low 70s during the day. May have to buy a sweater one of these days (but need a jacket when going to SF in the summer).

Is that ever the truth,
I remember living in Modesto and leaving for work in the City (San Francisco), I would leave the house with my shirt, tie, vest, and jacket on a hanger. When I got to bart I would put on the shirt and tie. Before I got off bart I put on the vest and coat. Because in the summer its cold as can be in the City. Only to strip as I got closer to home.
"The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco"
Mark Twain
Its still true.

HOW EVER Buffalo had 2 feet of snow today and the Gov of NY declaired it a desaster area.
You would think they would know better living in a northern state like that.

River, actually those of us in Texas eagerly look forward to a snow in Minnesota. The heavier the snow, the cooler Texas gets. Bring it on!

I was in Cd. Juarez, Mexico, for the past couple days. 55 to 60 degrees F. for evening/night low temps. Folks shivering, wearing heavy coats, etc. They were ready to call for the boys in white coats cuz Tony and I were wearing wife-beaters and shorts with sandals, and feeling quite warm. Can't win.
And THEN, .... oh hell, never mind, .. wonderful memories
