Been having a few hot flashes still, so that is why we uped the dose. So far so good. My pain lever post op is lower that the pain that I had Pre Op. Infact I never even took a pain pill after the surgery. Now to try out this new dose for a while and see how it work. Talk to you all later.

Sounds like your surgery was a success. I mean if post op your hurting less then it was clearly time to have them taken care of. Everytime you change doses (or when you start) you should expect to be rechecked (Blood tests) to see where your at. After you "ok" every 6 months for a while then probably just yearly when they do the PSA and DRE. I hope you feel as good on it as I do!

Take notes on how you feel and be SURE to report symtoms to your doctor. If you feel great - say so. If you feel lousy FOR SURE say so. Dose is often part labs and part symptoms. Too little is not good just as too much is not good.

If you don't mind my asking, did you get implants installed? And if so what kind / size etc?
