i have been in contact with the samui clinic,
http://www.sexchangeasia.com and they include 5 days in the hospital and private room to boot. they suggest an additonal week for aftercare which is not covered in the 180,000 Thai Baht (which is about 1/40th of a us dollar, or ruffly 3,000) they require a letter but that can be gotten over there and i included that in the price i was quoted. that is for full nullification and urethral relocation. They even pick you up at the airport (Koh Samui or USM for short).
i don't see any examples in their pre and post and i don't know of anyone that has been there, but the Dr.s specialize in full male to female sex changes and they have been trying to talk me into getting vaginoplasty which they will do to a non transitioned male if you like and have the money.
i have no desire to be a man with a pussy but some might find this attractive.

I've been to Thailand and know that services can be significantly cheaper. $2/hour foot massage and all. I'll consider this, but absolutely HATE talking to psychologists. I need to know that I will get the letter with minimal bullshit.

I have no desire to have a pussy either. A cavity to store a solid-state computer might be nice. Like a few gigabytes permanently installed.

Yes, rerouting of the urethra to a point on the line from the anus to the belly button, around where the woman's is. I already am castrated so need more than the penis snipped.

I will...apparently Thailand is even cheaper. I assume you'll get much more sevice there as well. Kimmel gave me no "hidden charges" at all for my castration.

i am assuming that their Pshrink is probably more of a paper cirtification that says "see we are not liable" as he works for the clinic. i obviouosly do not know this as fact and they incenuated that, due to my age, (i am 48) i may not even need this. feel free to drop Nick Conners an e-mail and ask. that is not going to cost you anything.

I'd be interested in hearing about the experiences of anyone who has actually been to the Samui Clinic. I did some research about the clinic and some articles said that the "clinic" only exists on the internet. There is no physical facility. The doctors do the surgery at one of the hospitals on Koh Samui.
Research on the hospital mentioned turned up some unflattering comments about the quality of the service there.

Personally, Im looking for a final result similar to that shown on Tomass BME web page. Id prefer the new urinary opening located further back and aimed downward.
Given the short comings of the other alternatives, I decided to take Gelding up on his offer. I have been working with him to get the surgery done in this country. I have appointments with the urologist and psychiatrist scheduled for the beginning of August. I did some checking on the urologist and his credentials are reassuring.
Hopefully, Ill get approval for the surgery and have it done this year.

I don't understand. You mean a urologist in the USA? I'm looking at that as well (other than Kimmel). What does Gelding have to do with it?
