I would look upon myself as being a very liberal person but I believe that those who second time offenders should be given the option of either being surgically castrated or spend the rest of their natural lifes behind bars. I disagree with the comments that those who are castrated will go on to offend. For personal reasons I've researched this subject and have come to the conclusion that castration is the best cure for those who engage in dangerouse sexual practices; therapy does NOT work! The problem with chemical castration is that it has long term side affects and as soon as the person comes off the medication they are back to where they were before.
