I keep my balls up almost 24/7 365 days a year. Will not effect hormons, but may effect the sperm some.
Um! What about cancer,I think that could happen. I was talking to my doctor about the Doctor in Britain that had srs and kept the testacle's . but had them raised up inside. My M.D. said that that could cause testicular cancer.Just a thought.

I too like to keep my balls inside a lot, though hardly 24/7/365. I still get nocturnal erections.
On the other hand, I also keep my penis inside as well, and intiially, the nocturnal erections can be painful or at least uncomfortable enough to wake me up. But after a few years, such erections are so weak that I never get woken up from them. Of course, my nightly dose of actifed helps too.

I will definatly give it a go on restricting my fluid intake. That makes sense, erections are filled with blood, blood is a liquid, yeah, that makes sense. Here I thought all that water I drink is good for me!!
O.K., Fluids are good for you.
But when you drink, the fluids go into your stomach and digestive tract. Then they are absorbed into the blood, then the kidneys filter out the excess fluids saturated with waste products. The more that you drink, the less saturated that your urine is with waste products. This is why drinking lots of liquids is good for you.
So, you urinate more when you drink more. If you drink a lot just before bed time, your bladder fills up and the next thing that you know, you have one of those "piss hard ons". If you restrict fluid intake before you go to bed, you may not have that happen so often. Of course, those are two different types of erections, also. One is sexual stimulation and erection and the other is erection caused by a full bladder that is a reflex designed to prevent enuresis. If you do not believe this, the next time you are aroused, try to pee and see what happens, or, try to orgasm with a "piss hard on" and a full bladder.
The porn sites are full of women who are faking orgasms as they piss a healthy stream, but if this is really happening, then somebody has a significant medical problem. The only moisure during sexual arousal should be the natural secretions that lubricate, and not moisture from urination.
Sexual fetishes involving urination are fairly common, but not mainstream.
(ha, ha, I made a PUN, Andrew)
So, drink as much as you want during the day, though. It is good for you. However, forcing fluids can cause problems, so do not drink more than you really want to drink.
Capish?

Nocturnal erections occur during REM sleep. If you can stop REM sleep, you won't have them. (ie, sedatives, natural and synthetic)
Aromatase inhibitors should stop testosterone production, as well as any drugs that destroy the leydig cells. Of course, they both have A LOT of consequences when taken, so I strongly advise against them.

From what I read the cancer problem is when the testicle is undecided and left up in the groin. I would love to have cancer to develop. Then I could get castrated very easy

That's a pretty ignorent statement, "you would love to have cancer develop." Ya it would be great fun as it spread to your lymph system and quickly killed you. Testicular cancer is very serious and kills thousands of men a year.

Depo-Provera keeps me from getting ANY erections, even on a full bladder

You may want to consider the possibility that a raging hard on in the middle of the night is not the actual problem. It is certainly normal for healthy male adults to have nocturnal erections. However, you maybe prone to waking up in between REM sleep because of other factors. Coupled with the fact that this has taken place over several years, you may be stuck in a really bad habit.
I know here a while back ago, I was getting seriously annoyed. For about a month or so, I kept waking up at 3 to 3:30 a.m. to use the bathroom. At first I thought maybe I was drinking too much water in the evenings, but after a while I noticed that several times I barely had to go. So I left the fan on at night to help me better sleep and I didn't get up unless I really had to go bad. After about a week, I did not have the annoying habit of waking up anymore. Like everyone, I occasionally have to get up to use the bathroom at night, but it isn't a habit.
Sleep patterns can be hard to break. And unfortunately as you get older, it generally gets harder and harder to make adjustments to them.
I would first talk to your general practitioner and openly discuss the problem with him. He might check for sleep apnea and if he doesn't have any other ideas, he can send you to a sleep specialist.
OTOH, maybe depo-provera would work for you. I'm sure that it would decrease your nocturnal erections given enough time or sufficient initial dosage. However, I'm sure your athletic capabilities would be diminished should you start taking an anti-androgen.
I tend to have fairly large swings in my libido and on the highs it can drive me crazy. Thus I have pondered trying depo-provera. However, because I'm 26 years old, lift weights 5x a week, do areobics 3x a week, and my bf would not be overly happy with the idea, I have not decided to try it. Some here have suggested to me trying 150ml shot every 3 months.
If you do decide to try it, you'll have to let me know how your athletic performance is affected.
