You can keep your lack of testicles a secret by not allowing anyone to see you naked. In order to do that, you will not be able to remove your underware when others are present. You will not be able to engage in sexual activity with others when your penis is involved. Of course, since you will have no balls, no mutual masturbation...

I have been on DP continuously for about 2 years & I have noticed only a slight amount of testicular shrinkage. You will, however, have little to no libido. You can manually force yourself to have an orgasm if you want to. As the years go by you will notice a decrease in ejaculatory volume as the prostate & seminal vessels shrink. It would be nice to here about permanent effects from someone who has been on it longer.

If you want to kill or decrease your libido then Depo-Provera is just what you need. It stops your body from making both male & female hormones so it is non-feminizing. I take 150mgs every 4 weeks.
