You know, since my castration I've been on a dose of Testosterone and have never needed Viagra or any other similar drugs. As I've writen else where, my surgery was done in a hospital and I was careful to discuss with my surgeon that, at whatever cost, I wanted to maintain my erectile ability. Whether it was something he did or didn't do, my own physiology or .... who knows but at my antique age I can still get and maintain an erection sufficient for mounting.
