Home this AM after another stint in the hospital -- came down with pneumonia, and got fairly well plugged up in the lungs. They had so much stuff plugged into two IVs, I was wondering if I was gonna spring a leak. But at least the princess had the good sense to bring my good laptop to the hospital. But it is nice to be able to breathe again. I'm told Pneumonia is not an uncommon side or after effect of covid-19. I think I got lucky again.

Sorry to hear you were back in the hospital, but happy you're on the mend. Get well soon!

This comes as a real shock! Seems like it's one thing after another. And here I was miserable with my sinuses pounding so hard my upper teeth were "jumping". Get well soon!

If you are not sensitive to Sudefed

keep some OTC Bronkaid around.

Cousin to Sudefed with more bronchial activity.

Use at first feelings of chest congestion and / or tightness.

Lots of water, keep urine clear. Helps keep phlegm thinner

as does chicken soup, compared to vegan soup, tea or hot water per

British Medical Journal.

I use Bronkaid for my asthma when rescue inhaler use gets too frequent

and find it less bothersome and more effective than the Rx substitute

such as albuterol 2mg tabs.

PS - Less congestion, bacterial infection less likely to occur. Same for sinuses.
