it's been 6 months since my last testicle was removed and I'm finally getting used to it my urologist recently brought up getting implants and I didn't really want them now but I wish my scrotum was removed I've had nothing but trouble with it getting yeast infection and cracking and burning.

Getting the scrotum removed has been highly enjoyable (after healing of course). I thoroughly enjoy not having anything hanging at the base of my penis now. No more adjustments, not more getting balls or skin pinched. I should have done this decades ago.

I went to a plastic surgeon who has transgender experience. The urologist who did my orchiectomy was of no help. He wouldn't do the scrotectomy at the same time, nor could he recommend anyone to me. I drove 4 hours away to get mine done.

I see you live in Pennsylvania. Dr McGinn at the Papillon Center in New Hope PA is a world famous surgeon. See web site at: https://www.drchristinemcginn.com She herself is tansgender! She would be able to help you.
