Shrinkage of the empty scrotum after castration

In the 4 years post castration, before I had the prosthetics 'installed' my scrotum never really shrank. When warm it was still long and loose and very uncomfortable. After the prosthetics were removed and the doctor refused to remove it, I did it myself. Not ideal but Ive never regretted it.

Just over a year now and it hasn't shrunk a bit and during the warm season I get yeast infections all the time talked to my new urologist and after I'm healed from prostate surgery we will be removing it. Yeah no more sack to bother me.

I had my sack removed 5 months after the orchi. I'm not missing either of them now. Glad they are gone.
