testosterone done yesterday. 12.61 ng/DL my T rise a bit I think because a month ago added Finasteride. Previously was 10.9 ng/DL

A new recent ecography revealed that my left testicle is 2.5 ml in volume and right is 0.5 in volume, I felt very disapointed I thought the left had disappeared but it still there. so I injected the left again. BTW I was diagnosed with migraine so I was on treatment and I need to decrease estrogens.

How did you self meditate before seeing an endocrynologist? I did not think there were any OTC estradiol and antiandrogens. Thank you for your time.

It's called DIY HRT, there are countries in the world where HRT is over the counter (mostly south America, eastern Europe, or oceania) and you can use a mail-order pharmacy that ships internationally to buy your HRT from there. Worst that happens, legally, is it gets seized by customs if you buy a large quantity and they send a strongly worded letter that you must provide a DOI license or a valid prescription for them to release it. Most sites re-send or refund if it gets snagged.

I found it easy to order hormones on-line. They were standard brands, very inexpensive, and effective!
