I would like to know when you've been spending everything in Euros (operation + trip + expenses ...). I live in Spain and what you have done is a possibility I had not taken into account. Usually one thinks about Thailand ... but that of the Philippines is of interest to me.

By that's a bargain mine cost in the 10 of thousands of dollar. Do they do penectomy operations?

Did you do any blood tests before. I contacted him to and he required to do some blood tests prior to the visit. He requested the following blood tests:

The basic laboratories are:

1) CBC with platelet count

2) PT

3) aPTT

4) Clotting time

5) Bleeding time

Hello @lifeisgreat

I would like to know if you have already discussed this with your doctor and if you have any plan in terms of HRT going forward. I live in Germany too and I am very curious how the local system reacts to this

As far as I know, they also do penectomy surgeries.

Yes, the procedure and the medications together cost less than 1000 €.

Doctor Anthony Joson did not required a blood test from me.

Before cryopreservation, a blood test was only done for HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.

So far, I have not told anyone that I had my testicles removed in the Philippines. Only in this forum, people know it. I did not tell my doctor either.

So far, I do not intend to do a hormone replacement therapy.

This was my email history with Doctor Anthony Joson:

me:

Dear Doctor Anthony Joson.

I would like to have my two testicles removed (bilateral orchiectomy). When do you offer an operation and how much does it cost?

Regards (my name)

Doctor Anthony Joson:

45k po orchiectomy

me:

Dear Doctor Anthony Joson

Thank you for your response.

I would like to have my tow testicles removed on October, 7 between 8 am and 1 pm. How do I pay? (cash, credit card, PayPal, ...)

I look forward to your reply.

Regards (my name)

Doctor Anthony Joson:

Cash or credit is ok

me:

That is great.

When can you perform the surgery? Please confirm to appointment for the operation.

Doctor Anthony Joson:

Oct 7 is ok with me

me:

What time should I come to on Oct 7?

Doctor Anthony Joson:

8 am our clinic is already open

me:

All right. Then I will come to the clinic at 8 on Oct 7 :)

You may want to tell your doctor, since it affects your health and he may get some strange blood test results. Also, you'll need hormones, either E or T to maintain bone strength.
