Logically, noone could answer you, as noone could have both experiences at the same time.

But experienced piercers suggest to get larger initial PA piercing, as small ones tend to migrate. They suggest to start with 8g at least.

I've a PA since a year. But I use it for a chastity cage. Because I dont't need a base ring and the Chastity device ist hold by the PA hole.

I don't hear anything about locked through die PA hole. The material of my PA-ring is titanium. But there is also stainless steel or golden rings, if you want them.

Would you mind telling us what size hole you started with and what you ended with? How long was their healing times? Thanks!

I've tried many times to pierce mine with 10ga. and they all failed cause of infection. Then, 23 years ago, I decided to pierce it at 4ga and it healed fast w/o any infection. It is now at 00ga. The bigger, the better it feels but sometime this scares the partners.

I found this idea for a PA piercing lock online https://ransommoney.tumblr.com/post/178 ... own-helper

It's not a chastity cage, it's more of a lock that has some support from a cock ring.

My virus checker says the link is safe (then, again, tumblr has good security).

Note: You will have to log into tumblr to see the post. Any yahoo email address and password will do it.

I started with a 3 mm. I was told by the piercer that this has to heal for 3 month. Then you go 1 mm every 6 weeks. For now 5 mm is good for me, but you can go further if you want.

Most important: Be realy sure, about having a PA! The whole for the PA will be there for ever! And I mostly sit down for peeing, but I can at a urinal as well, it's a Little more difficult in case of the second hole.

It uses the testicles to secure one end of the rod. It seems to be designed to keep the penis in a constant stretched state.

If you use it as an example any of the online manufacturers of piercing and/or chastity devices could make it to order. The support rod on the underside of the penis could be made much shorter or thicker.

The thing I liked about it (for consideration as a lock only / no chastity cage) was its low profile. Also that it adds support to the lock.

That screw you see is the lock. It can be made so that only a special tool will remove the screw. Attempting to use any other tool will strip the head off the screw and make removing the screw very difficult.

This makes sense. I’ll look into it. Thanks!
