I present as male Freddyjack. Big beard etc. Only been on estrogen a few months so nothing noticable yet. Trust me i got a few looks the first time i saw my gyno and it was kinda embarrising having some women id consider attractive know that i cant exactly perform for them in the bedroom anymore but its kinda nice being in an environment where there is no competition or status on who has the biggest dick.

I ve tried male and female drs. Most female drs I ve tried seem more concerned in trying to help preserve my manhood than most of the uncaring male drs who d prefer to just castrate me instead of trying to save my balls.

If this female dr chose to specialize in men s urology, I m betting she really likes men.

One of the biggest outrages in the medical field is the concept that men past active breeding and beyond some arbitrary age that want to maximize and enjoy their sexual abilities and enjoyment are somehow treated like " dirty old men " who don t deserve any sex life at all. The same desires by a teen or young man are treated like its honorable and of course male to desire, especially to breed kids. Take an older man, especially a single man, and suddenly the same desires are being " a dirty old man " in some backward drs minds and attitudes.

A man spends how many orgasms in his life breeding and how many orgasms purely for pleasure ? Obviously pleasure orgasms far outnumber breeding orgasms in ALL males.

A young male celebrity who beds a lot of women is admired and treated like a dream man. The same man doing that at older ages, like playboy publisher Hugh Heffner did, is treated like he should be in some forced male menopause and lose his interest in sex after some arbitrary age.

Hmm thats really good to hear that the female docs have been more supportive. You would think its the other way round since men should appreciate how important your manhood is. Maybe its because they don't have them that they appreciate them more, like cringing in symapthy if a guy gets kicked in the balls.

Im with you on the attitudes to older men and sex. Admitadly the same is also true for the attitude towards older women 'think crone, spinster etc..' but my attitude is if you can perform and if you can find someone willing, my hat off to you and possibly a bit of good natured envy, especially for old Hugh.

Haha to each their own. Im 6'2ish and compared to my friend i always felt i was kinda small in the penis department as he was about 5'10 but hung like a horse. He was pretty proud of it too haha. I suspect it would look enormous to me now as pretty much any penis seems huge when you dont have one

That seems to be the case. I was/am a fairly average hetro guy before my surgery so i never tried being on the recieving end back then.
