On the subject of "Neuticles" have you considered looking at vets supplies💡 as there is a whole product range to choose from.

I have heard of a guy who plans on getting some bulls bollocks sewn in there..🙄

Seriously though at least you may be able to choose what you have down there.

Bob Weekend has a publicly visible website - a gallery where you can see him having Neuticles' smallest horse-balls installed during his castration. If you want to see what that looks like, I've linked it here before, and it's not very hard to find now that you have search terms.

While Bob did have those large neuticles installed at first, they quickly became an annoyance and he had them removed and and smaller size put in. The moral of the story is be careful in judging the size you have inserted. To big and they can cause you discomfort. If Bob reads this he can verify.

I have had only one testicle in my scrotum for pretty much my whole life and never once did

I seriously consider a prosthetic replacement. Even before I knew I wanted to be a eunuch, the thought never really appealed to me. I have talked with ppl who have them and heard that they harden over time and hold in temperature like a thermos. The doctor also said that it would be hard to fit in a prosthesis since there is not enough skin on my scrotum, due to the fact that there was never another ball in there to stretch it out. I am grateful that I lost one already, because the eunuch body is so beautiful to me and I'm halfway there.

I was offered prosthetics when my surgery was scheduled, but declined. They are made of silicone and after the debacle with breast implants, I don't want any silicone in my body. I also seem to remember having read that the lifespan of the prosthetics is only around 10 years and then they would need to be replaced.

Anyway, I intend having my scrotum removed when I can afford it as I think it will look much better and I know it will be more comfortable than the empty bag that hangs below my penis at the moment.

Yes, silicone implants are not so really good for the health.

Yeah, that's what I also read. :(

However, are saline implants good for the body and for the health?

Yes, saline is the best and also if is a leakage it's no problem.

Saline filled is all very well, but the outer capsule is still made of silicone and still has a finite lifespan, so no thanks no way for me.
