Also a good place for such surgeries is eastern europe like the czech republic, poland and so on.

There are many private clinics and for money (not very much in this countries) they are doing all.

Also there should't it be a problem to speaking english, because it's essential standard piece of every study in europe. ... if not, hands off => fake doctors.

A serious clinic will clear all facts also per email and directly with the surgeon itself with you.

I think you will eventually find the right doctor do it for you, china is not the right place. I just got myself castrated last month by Doctor Arnkoff in Detroit Michigan. Maybe you should talk to him and see if he knows anything like that.

Yeah, as far as China goes it is pretty safe and Westernized. The traffic isn't really that crazy (they actually signal and warn each other with little honks) and there are not any street peddlers bothering you as you walk along. On the other hand, it isn't very exotic and doesn't have a lot of historical sites or particularly interesting scenery. But definitely a place that is reasonably pleasant to stay in for weeks on end while visiting the local factories.

Okay, one more update on my trip to China. It is sort of a brag but is also very closely related to the topic of my plans for my penis' fate.

So the last leg of my trip (which I got back from yesterday) was a week in Taipei. It was a great trip. Although I had been to Taipei six times before, this time one of my coworkers traveling with me was from there and got us some great tours of the countryside and coast which I hadn't really seen before. Furthermore, they have go-go dancers on the bar and then they encourage ladies from the floor to also dance on the bar. So sort of a Coyote's Wild sort of atmosphere.

Now my flight the next day wasn't until 8pm, and the bars there stay open to 4am, so I had plans to party. However, my coworkers who went with me got tired (we'd had a pretty intense trip) and some had early flights so they went back to the hotel and left me there.

Anyway, there were lots of Taiwanese girls there who I assumed were prostitutes although later I was corrected ("None of the prostitutes in Taipei are Taiwanese, rather they are all either from mainland China or Vietnam" one lady explained to me -- and it turned out she was right). Although I've used prostitutes in the past, I've been good for quite a while and furthermore have never used them in any foreign country out of fear of both getting in trouble with the law, suspicion about underage trafficking, and fear of disease. So my plan was to just hang back, chill and people watch.

Well, I guess I've still "got it" because several girls eventually worked up the courage to come over to introduce themselves. Again I at first assumed they were prostitutes, but it turned out they were actually just Taiwanese college girls looking to let off steam. You may know, but Taiwan has the highest rating of any country in the world for empowered women (in fact some high tech companies I visited were almost entirely run by women, and I don't mean just the factory workers) who are also pretty bold and sexually liberated.

One girl that was very nice looking seemed to take an especial liking to me and we struck up a conversation. She boldly asked me "what did you think when you first saw me" and I frankly told her that I thought she looked a bit sad. She agreed and said that she had just flown back from New York where she had broken up with her boyfriend and was out to try to forget him. She proved her story by showing me her WeChat log of pictures and messages to the guy and sure enough she had been living in New York and had been dating a guy that looked quite a bit like me (she said she had a thing for tall white guys with beards).

Anyway, I wasn't born yesterday so was still suspicious but her story checked out. She had just applied to college in Dallas for a Masters in Marketing degree, and she picked Dallas because she's always liked cowboys.

She asked me if I could guess how old she was and I correctly guessed 23. In case you're wondering, I'm twice as old as that.

Anyway, things definitely were looking good. A nice, sweet-hearted professionally-minded 23-year-old who had a fetish for tall white guys and was looking to forget a boyfriend who just dumped her was fairly handily putting down the free drinks.

We danced and talked until the bar closed at 4am. Now Taipei is probably one of the top 5 safest big cities in the world. I said I'd like that and so she said goodbye to her two friends (one went home in a cab, another went off with another guy) and we started walking down the street.

Well, the two Taiwanese guys saw us and started shouting at her in English that she was "a very bad girl", "a slut", etc. Well, she immediately got extremely feisty and started yelling back at them: "Why don't you come here and say that", "Shut up you motherfuckers", and really going at it. I tried to hush her down because I really didn't feel like getting into a fight and that's where it was leading. I convinced her to keep walking, although she'd turn around every few steps to yell something at them. They got in a cab, drove by yelling "insults" and that was the end of that as they drove off.

My hotel was "conveniently" only three blocks away and she decided that we should talk there. I was a bit worried that the hotel staff would interfere with me bringing a younger local girl in the hotel but again it seems that it was true that Taiwanese girls were not suspected of being prostitutes and we made it to my room.

After that we had pretty much the best intimate encounter I'd had in past 20 years. After a couple minutes kissing, she led me to the bed. We had every sort of sex for five straight hours (from 5 in the morning until 10am). She was pretty insatiable and I have to admit there were moments when I didn't think I could keep up (and keep it up). But I did pretty well for an old guy. But the encounter with her really renewed and refreshed my view about how fun sex can be, assuming you find a similarly oversexed partner with no hang-ups. So I'm officially suspending my plans for any further self-harm until I really figure this out.

She's already messaging me saying she'd like to see me again when I go back in the spring! And she really wasn't a prostitute -- I didn't even spend any money on drinks cause they were free at the bar for ladies. Overall it was really a wonderful time.

As an alternative I've found this NIH article on recircumcision to reduce sensation and therefore reduce premature ejaculation.

It is almost enough to drive me to distraction that one group of urologist swear circumcision does not decrease sensitivity while another group point out that leaving to much foreskin leaves the penis too sensitive and leads to PE.

Nevertheles, this study removed foreskin remnants from the circumcision scar to the glands as a treatment for PE . It was used as an alternative to the dorsal nerve removal. But, I assume that removing that much more foreskin wouldn't do the nerves any good.

Interesting concept.

A lot has to do with how the circumcision is done. To reduce sensation you want all foreskin removed and sewn close to the glans.

Yes, besides general sensitivity of the foreskin, one of the major things is that when uncircumcised the frenulum (sort of a tendon like skin bridge under the glans) will actually pull hard on the whole glans when fully thrust in and that tilts the entire head of the penis such that when pulling the penis out the underside gets additional friction. So there is additional research that simply removing or cutting the frenulum can help prolong ejaculation and I suspect some circumcisions have the same effect.

I cut my frenulum years ago. Apart from being castrated it was the best thing I ever did.If you cut it as much as you can it still heals across the cut. It gives you a lovely long stroke for masturbating.I cut mine in three steps . The first cut made no difference to the feeling.The second deeper one reduced the sensitivity markedly. The final and deep cut has left me with little feeling in the cock head.Not quite totally numb but pretty good.
