I did the same thing when I was similar in age, 12-15, somewhere in there. I wrote "Cut off" several times ad I never figured out why I did it. Course I finally did do it, I have no visible penis, no testicles, 90% scrotum gone. For me personally, I believe that every man fights his feminine side, I believe that every man has a sub-conscious femininity that is suppressed and subdued by excessive testosterone, but this feminine inside us is what makes us want to cut off our penises and or testicles. This is the best explanation I have ever read, and I thank you for that. I always wondered why I wanted to cut off my penis, even though I am not gay or transgendered. It's not like I haven't gotten plenty of pleasure from using the thing, but I still have thoughts -sometimes quite overpowering - of cutting it off. Perhaps someday I will.

I got my penis to shrink with chemical castration. Shrank from 3 in to 1.5 in soft, 5.5 to 4.5 hard (which is extremely rare).

Well, I used to live in Thailand, and every few months, the news will report a jealous wife cutting her husband's penis for having caught him with another woman. The doctors there seem to be very good at reconnecting the penis to full functionality, to the point that nowadays the wives know enough to quickly feed the cut-off penises to the ducks or flush them down the toilet, just so that there is no hope to reconnect the penises.
