True, Doctor Thep Vechavisit is not a plastic surgeon but he is still a license doctor, just like any doctor in USA who can perform castration. Plus he has been doing most LadyBoys in Bankok for over 15 y. Which means he had performed thousands of castration so far. He charges $125 to cut off your balls, same price as he charge his local clients. If you think this is too cheap, nothing stops you from paying him $2000 like most cutters charge in USA or pay a US surgeon $3500. The cost of living in Thailand is much lower than it is in USA , one of the lowest in the world, Similar than the Costa Rica cost of living, where I get my teeth fixed at a cost 7 times lower than in north america.

So he is for real then.
What put on a warning light for me was when you click the "Contact" link all I got was those iritating casino and get rich pop ups in the background.
Also the recipients email address appeared to be missing when you do try to make contact.
Over the prices I did overcharge myself by 25$ but would like to hope sterile equipment is used
and correct procedures followed as its a long way from home should complications set in.
Tempting though ..I haven't been down that way yet.

The link you followed is not the official website of Dr. Thep nor Pratunam Polyclinic, but the website of a patient happily contented with very good results of the surgeries performed by Dr. Thep, to thank him for a very good treatment and professionalism.

I was lucky here in the UK I tried to get it removed at the same time as my nuts but they said no because if I decided I wanted false nuts (little did they know I had killed them off to get rid of them) there would be no where to put them so I had to wait for around 8 months then went back to see my specialist and told him I had not changed my mind I wanted it gone for comfort and physiological reasons, he agreed and the job was soon done. I had no idea how big a job it was I just thought snip stitch but no I asked for it to be totally removed and tight in all it took 1.5 hours and a total of 52 stitches with quite a long recovery but still worth it I am so much happier now all I can say is thanks for the NHS. Good luck to anyone wanting this done its worth it.

I asked about scrotum removal when I was castrated last September. My urologist said he would reduce the scrotum as part of the surgery. He added that a scrotum removal is considered cosmetic and Medicare and my supplemental wouldn't cover it. My goal was to be castrated and it was accomplished along with much of my scrotum removed. I figure if I still wanted the rest removed I'd weigh the cost and see if I still wanted it gone. It's small enough that it doesn't even come close to hanging below my 2" penis. Now 8 months later I hardly give it a thought anymore. I'm a contented eunuch and will live comfortably with what's left of my scrotum.

Just found a plastics-urology doc near DC to take all the scrotum for a tight closure. Wanted this for a while after the castration. Due to go in just over a month. It seems that the price is $1500-2000, about 1 1/2 hours surgery and lots of stitches to come out after 10-14 days. Seems that he does not take insurance.
Can't wait to get it done now. After healing it will be good to be with just a dick and nothing else.
I'll let everyone know how it goes.

My surgeon would not remove all of my scrotum because of the elasticity could cause it to be uncomfortable at times. So I was left with about an inch hanging down. I read on this site about Bio-Oil so I Google it to find out it's use for women stretch marks after giving birth. I starting using it and I say over a period of a year I am smooth now. I still use the oil from time to time. It can be purchase at Walmart, Walgreens and the internet.
