Under Armour used to make a boxer brief that really fit me well after my balls and sac were removed, but they stopped making them. American Eagle too had some but not anymore. Still looking for a good fit. When I wanna feel butch, I put on my old McDavid or Under Armour jock. Plenty of room now in the pouch.

I'm currently wearing a sexy semi see thru pair of panties with a floral design.
