Keeping an erection long enough to orgasm is very difficult and when I do, it feels like a lot of pressure builds up with nowhere to go and it can be almost painful sometimes. When I can orgasm, it's not always pleasurable.

I've been told things will get better over time but for now my rapidly shrinking penis is mostly just a convenient urination device.
