Hmm... I think I need expert help, and have come to the right place!

This can be attractive for M2Fs too, SRS has a long recovery time, and if one is attracted to females only (no penetration in plans) - then this would work (theoretically). No need to dilate, too...
It feels as an attractive idea at times. But then, if one changes mind in future, there will be problems (no material to make vagina from).

I watched an interesting video on Youtube last night about a woman in Mexico who was born without a vagina. Cells were taken from her body and a vagina was grown from them and then grafted into her body, thus enabling her to have a normal sex life and be able to have kids. Maybe a similar technique could be used in circumstances like this.

Just search Youtube using woman born without vagina. You will find several hits on this rare syndrome and also where women have had a new vagina constructed.

I have thought of that possibility. The labia would definitely add to the nullo effect.

Plastic surgery can generally do anything that one might imagine, however, doctors are reluctant to perform such surgeries when they cannot understand the desires of the patient. Gender issues are a lot for most to understand.
If you want a vagina try to find a good friend who is willing to share hers with you.

Yeah. I¨ve never thought that before. But Now that my penis seems not to be useful, only for piss, I would like one day have a penectomy. But I fear about urinary problems like frequent Infections because the Urethra will be shorter than before.
And If I had a orchidectomy I would keep my scrotum for a possible SRS in the future.
