Castrated Years/Months: Coming up on 4 years this winter.
Method: A combination of my own "will not say here", plus surgical castration, plus (quasi) surgical gender reassignment.
Age(be honest): 35, castrated/operated upon at 30-31.
HRT:- Yes.
HRT Type/Dosage: Estradiol, at a full transition dose.
General Health Status:Better than 90% of other people my age. A little curvy but in a good way.
Libido: Variable. My girlfriend has sort of figured it out though, and I'm not driven by it when she's not around.

The one exception: There are certain androgynous people who really strike a chord with me.
Vitamins Diet that help me: Vitamin D (northern climate, not much sun). Easy on the alcohol, sweets. I do not eat much bread either.

My Observations on being a eunuch:
For me it turned into a gender transition. I'm still on the androgynous side for a woman, but if I had to choose between being a man or a woman, I know which way I would go. My overall presentation is andro-femme.
The difficult things: It would have been easier to do things the "official way" conditional on being able to slap on a skirt convincingly 4-5 years ago. That not being the case, I did things the hard way. It's a gender transition. It isn't easy. Duh. Also, bone health and energy levels, especially during that period I was living without sex hormones entirely.
It was still better than living as a crazy person on T.

We are fairly close in age and duration of being eunuchs. You are younger and I have been a eunuch slightly longer. I should have added a warning to my stats regarding cutters.

Castrated years: 16 (March 1997) by Dr. Spectre
Method: Surgically removed testicles, left sac
Age: Castrated at 59, currently 75
HRT: Only for the last year, very low does injections every 2 to 3 weeks because doc said my testosterone count was 0 (DUHHHH!)
HRT type: Test Cypionate .25 ml injected once every 2 to 3 weeks. Doc wanted me to take more but libido was coming back and I hated that!
General health: Excellent; Have type II diabetes but very well controlled with diet and exercise
Libido: Before HRT, 0! With HRT, extremely low, with a half-hearted erection 2 or 3 times a month
Vitamins/ diet: I take B12, general men vitamins, garlic, baby aspirin, cranberry extract, all for general health
Observations: I have only one regret, that I did not do it 10 years earlier! I would love to quite HRT completely, but my energy level was pretty low and weight was tough to keep down. Being diabetic it is important to not get too fat, so I take TINY doses of HRT. I love having 0 libido, probably would not have liked it much when I was in 20's or 30's etc, but those days are gone and I love how sex is no longer part of my life.
The Difficult things: None that I know of. I do not think castration is for everyone, but for me, after child making days were over I had many times more desire than fulfillment, so that part of me is better gone. I love being a Eunuch!

My Observations on being a eunuch:-
while on TRT nothing much changed except I liked the feel and look of my groin. off TRT, more emotional but at same time more relaxed. I still like not having testicles.
The difficult things:-Most difficult is my shrunken penis due to no erections. it has gone so much I have to dig it out to pee. It is almost flat with my grion now. My body has changed as well. breast haven't grown but nipples have. I have gotton pear shaped. Anyway it is difficult for me because i did not originally plan it this way. i was going to stay on TRT.

My Observations on being a eunuch:
I feel good, healthy, no testicular pain or troubles now, and able to adjust T to feel best. Much more understanding now of less orthodox sexuality in others, and the freedom to consider how it might be to progress beyond castration, even perhaps to a nullification at some time. I know that I could never have thought of it before castration. Not an unique observation, I think. M2E has been good; maybe M2N later, but absolutely no wish for M2F. (Delightful creatures, but I would make a lousy one or worse myself.)
The difficult things: None really, but am still careful in more public places where the castrated state might be noticed, and raise questions. Mostly nobody asks, so nobody knows. They probably wouldn't give a damn anyway nowadays, but just in case, i don't volunteer the status. Many strangers seem interested in being voluntarily castrated, and wonder why i urge caution but am happy. I guess my initial choice was made by necessity, and that gave me other choices; isn't that how it frequently is with life?

My Observations on being a eunuch:-
I love it, I have felt like a complete person since castration. I really believe that losing my balls has enhanced my life and my only regret is that I wasn't castrated 25 years earlier. I would like a penectomy, but it would have to be in a proper surgical environment.
The difficult things:- None
