I like having a little libido left. Nothing like it was well through my 40s and in to my early 50s. It was almost constant, required daily attention and at times was a real distraction. I somehow managed. Now I'm pushing 70 and radiation for prostate cancer has partially cooked my nuts leaving me with T levels from as low as 130 to highs in the upper 200s. Not very high but enough to keep a somewhat satisfactory spark glowing. I'd hate to lose it altogether.

I certainly lost sex drive and sex "confidence" ... I am dominated by dominant women and they control me more easily now that I am castrated.

19.Oct.2013 I had my first injection "Depo-Testosterone 100mg", and 03.Jan 2014 I will go for my first appointment for the Testosterone test, so now I will try to take "Andriol Testocaps 40mg"(maybe one week two time), just to remain healthy. And the "Andriol Testocaps 40mg" I brought from Thailand, Singapore I cannot buy without prescriptions, and same as to inject the "Depo-Testosterone 100mg", without the Urology specially letter, the polyclinic doctor will not do the injection for me again..... So from next month before seek for the Urology specially help , I will just take the "Andriol Testocaps 40mg"(maybe one week two time), hope can remain healthy. Sad.

Thanks for you concern. Yes my photo taken on the 20 days after the surgery, I had required to removal(reduced) the scrotum(another US$650 more), the doctor cannot fully removal the scrotum, he only reduced 60%.

After the surgery three day I had my first erection. And the 20 days I have masturbation, I feel just like before castration and now I feel better without the two testicles, I had no regret to castrated.

I take it that you voluntarily had an orchiectomy? That's interesting - I would not have voluntarily done that. I had a bilateral orchiectomy to deprive my prostate cancer of testosterone which fuels the cancer. So I am unable to be on HRT. It is interesting that another post said that men cannot live without testosterone. Yes you can and I have out of necessity. There are a few things I can tell you. You will most likely have hot flashes - usually after 2 to 3 months. You will lose the ability to have erections, or at least firm erections. And you most likely will lose the ability to have orgasms. I can still have them but it takes a lot of time and work and when I have one it is more like a sneeze than the orgasms I used to have - and be prepared for little to no ejaculation as time progresses. The next post said your penis will get smaller. That is definately true. Mine is about half its original size. You most likely will gain some weight and not in the places you usually gain weight. It will be in the hips and probably the mammary area. I did develop small breasts. Sexual relations as you knew them will no longer exist. I was very upset right after an up to a couple of months after my orchi becuse my ability to have erections substantially decreased sithin weeks of my orchi. But now I don't mind so much as it is more of a distant memory and I don't care as much. So I hope that helps you.

You may want to consult your urologist about using estrogen to reverse many of the effects of being castrated since you cannot use supplemental testosterone.

On 19.Nov

.2013 I had my first injection "Depo-Testosterone 100mg",

everyday I will have erections on night and day times or when I enter the "eunuch" during when I read all interesting discussion about castrated issue I will have my erections. I do not know why?

This month and Dec Singapore polyclinic doctor will not giving me any injection, until 03.Jan.2014 after I go for Singapore General Hospital Urology specially, for Testosterone test and get the letter from the Urology specially, I cannot get any injection or buy any medical from clinic or pharmacy, but I still have some "Andriol Testocaps 40mg" allow me for another month to take, next month I will travel Malaysia to buy the "Andriol Testocaps 40mg". I will only take one pill on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, I only want to remain low testosterone just to avoid the castrated side effect.

Unit now I still do not have any side effect and I will happy and feel great to be castrated.

You may be able to purchase injectables or testosterone gel in Malaysia to tide you over until you resolve matters with the healthcare bureaucracy in Singapore. I would think that if you no longer have testicles that the Singaporean health officials would reasonably determine that you need some sort of supplemental T, despite whatever non-prescribed medicine you are already using to ward off the detrimental effects of being castrated in the meanwhile.

For me, I still get morning erections using a low dose of Androgel but without any interest in sex. Like you, I am very happy with the concomitant effects of having my testicles removed.

I will only take the "Andriol Testocaps 40mg" for a moment, until I get the letter. But I have injection once I do not like the feeling of the injection(a bit pain and pain for whole day), if by taking "Andriol Testocaps 40mg",

only take one

pill on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday,

can kept me healthy and low sex diver, I will continue taking "Andriol Testocaps 40mg" without any injection. Hope this way can solve my side effect problem.

Haha. Now I only regret that I never do it on my younger years(ago 20~25). I enjoy now I be a eunuch. Free of removal my both testicles and scrotum.
