How about human, or facial, preserves?

I had some older friends that I haven't seen for a while. The male was like a country chiropractor and his mate was a very nice older woman who had lots of money from her dead husband's insurance policy.

The Lady had unusual objects in her freezer: filled condoms. Apparently she used "Fred's Special Gel" on her face daily to preserve her youth.

As testament, I can say that she looked great. This couple is older than my parents, and the Woman hardly had any wrinkles at all on her face! She was a smoker as well, and did not have "cigarette lips" either.

Most people were grossed out at this, but as we age perhaps we'll grope at anything (or anyone) to stay youthful.

I refer belatedly (apologies!) to A1's questioning of my earlier post on this thread.

Sorry to be a sour-puss (I hope that I'm using the correct relevant American term) but I was, of course, referring to the original serious subject of the thread, which seemed to be later side-tracked by humour really appropriate elsewhere!
