I am thinking about getting a 150mg injection of depo provera. I have read this is the treatment they give to sex offenders (I am not one I have just read about their chem castrations) and they say it is effective for 3 months. My question is how long does it take to work, I mean I kinda figure I will still be able to function right after the needle is taken out. But is it a matter of hours, days, weeks? I have not been able to find an average time of how long before you loose your ability to function. Can anyone tell me?
Depo Provera is often used for judicial chemical castrations. It is mainly a female birth control drug and administered IM at 3 month intervals. But for male chemical castration purposes, it is typically administered weekly and often a double dose is administered initially. It is absorbed slowly so think weeks before it is effective.
Is there anyone out there who is currently taking it? How long before your cock completely stops working?
It varies from person to person. For some sexual function is reduces, some become complete impotents not even able to get hard. But average, you will notice first changes in 1-2 weeks. It could take a whole month to have full effect.

Increase the dosage to gain full effect if that is what you want. Generally most people start with higher does - 150 to 200, then titrate down to level that maintains effect while minimizing dosage. Generally doesn't work well the other way around. At least than is what is generally reported here, and follows the manufacturer's directions.

it is now almost 2 weeks with 100mg/day. I think I begin to notice first changes. Sexual fantasies are less intense and I masturbate less. The orgasm is a little weaker. No side effects so far.

About 50% of the original intensity but almost no ejaculation. And I only masturbate aboute once a week.
That sounds good. Do you like this level? Or would you like your sexuality suppressed further?
injection of depo provera, Does the needle come with it ? And does it come with directions ? I know its a shot (bum) Mussel shot . But how do you know how to give the shot and how much to give ? I would like to try this . And can the left over be kept till the next short is do ?
