I had to order Vocelli pizza for four of my family when they picked up my sofa.
I can't eat pepperoni pizza as the pepperoni causes tummy trouble, I'm lactose intolerant and the sauce contains peppers.
So I ordered a Phili steak sandwich without cheese and it was the worst thing I ever ate.
Badly seasoned and dry and too much bread.

Cheese is actually the very best way to get around lactose intolerance since as long it's real cheese then the whey which contains most of the lactose is removed. However there are some cheese foods out there that use whey such as Velveeta that can make your bowels rumble. Sometimes I think they put these fake cheeses on certain cheap pizzas, nachos, and other stuff, so it's kind of good to make sure you know what kind of cheese they're using and don't follow it up with ice cream.

Thanks for the information but I've tried "real" cheese and "cooked cheese" and all sort of cheese and it doesn't matter to my stomach.
It's my stomach that's the problem. It hates tasty food. If it tastes good then it hates it. If I like it then it doesn't.
It's mean and nasty that way...
PS - I don't starve.

NB = whenever I make myself some maccaroni and cheese I throw away or use very little of the artificial flavouing and mix in hemp milk, hemp cheese and almond milk.(tiny bit of butter too)
Tastes funky but not bad and its good

the best pizza in the world is simply the pizza you like best. Pizza is just like sex. It can be done many ways, but ultimately, you like what you like.
