Banding doesn't work. It will be intensely painful, could cause gangrene, but ultimately will not cut off the flow of blood enough to be safe. You need professional help. Please find some. DIY is not an option in your case.

Medical surgery with spinal or general anesthesia, followed by pain controlling medication afterwards.

I don't know if hypnosis would work to control that much pain or not.

But competent medical surgery is needed to minimize risk of infection and avoid bleeding to death.

You could use a genital guillotine.

It would be quick, but certainly not painless but the pain would stop once you bled to death.

I agree with nonuts. What is it about people here who expect to be castrated or whatever for free? Save your money and go to a reputable clinic. It's a no brainer.

Free... It's the same thing as "I want my 'cutter' to be local..." It's something they use to prolong their fantasy by putting a barrier to their castration in place so they can try to convince the rest of us that they truly want it, when what they are actually doing is sitting in front of their computer rubbing their dicks raw.
