Well I finally had my first experience piercing both nuts with on long 6" spinal needle last week. It felt great!

If your are seriously considering it I would recommend ordering some from BME Shop (http://www.bmeshop.com/). Using un-sterile needles is not something I'd recommend doing.

Carol. I am definitely in the 10 category. I have paid dominatrixes to do many things, including kicking and stepping on my testicles. By restricting the bloodflow on one overnight session last September, a dominatrix succeeded in killing one of my testicles.

The big problem is that even with dominatrixes, most are not into permanent damage. Money talks but I have already spent thousands of dollars on dominatrixes, and would much rather be have a woman do it that wanted to do it so much that she would do it for free -- not because I'm cheap but because I want to be sure that the woman is doing it for her enjoyment.
