Real advise and Help Needed

Now days, finding a reduction in my libido (?) I realize that I either need to find a doctor who can remove my nuts, or a way which i can divest myself of those two miserable marbels.

Dear Jim: You know it's to bad that we don't have any doctors here to help us out. You would think that there are a few that might be interested and maybe even castrated themselves. As i understand this. If you where taking hormone therapy after about 6 monts or so your testicles shrink also. I liken this to that. I have been told it would be wise to have them removed in total. Not to interrupt your discussion, but it is my understanding, that as long as there are no breaks in the skin covering the "dead testicles", one's body will reasorbe the tissue, which should not pose much problems, like it would if the covering is allowed to develope an opening to allow outside air-borne particles to enter and infect the non-living tissue.

However, one should write Dr. Spector, to find out if this is really the case, since most of my knowledge has come from watching young male animals get denutted, without losing their nut sack.

Personally, there is no way I could ever use a needle to inject anything into my body, since I seem to have an unhealthy fear of such implements of Torture. I wish I could understand this problem, since it often puts me in the position where my health really suffers.; but there seems to be no doctors with whom I can discuss this.
