Congrats on your surgery, I hope the healing goes uneventfully. Nice to have another UK based eunuch in the club I found Tesco's Cocodamol to be very useful painkillers in the first couple of days. I had the same experience re: keeping my balls - before the came off, I thought I'd want to keep them as a souvenir, once they came out, I never really wanted to see them again.

Thanks for all the nice words of wisdom and support, I know we are all here for each other and that is very reassuring.

I have been busy with a friend visiting till next Thursday, that is the reason I was unable to update my progress. I still have some bruising on the left side of my pubic area and some weeping on the right cut ( they were removed through 2 cuts one each side), sometimes some sharp pain on the right side of sac, but nothing too bad.

I woke up with an erection yesterday morning but didn't do anything about it , that was the first once since the cut. No body or mental changes as yet, not looking forward to anything major.

Absolutely delighted to hear of someone in the UK successfully castrating, well done there! I had really believed that it was next to impossible in the UK (unless you want to change gender) so I would be most interested to learn of your details, method and cost etc if you wouldn't mind, that is of course. Just an update. It's been almost 2 months since my castration and the recovery is over. I started on Testogel 10 days after the cut and haven't look back since, it has worked extremely well for me, to the point of waking up with a massive erection every morning.

Tomorrow (31th July) I am going to see a consultant urologist with plenty of experience in genital surgery to arrange to have the empty scrotum removed, I am not happy with the way it looks. I let you guys know how the consultation goes tomorrow.

Just about three months for me. Using Androgel. Nocturnal erections have returned whenever I have the need to urinate but no accompanying sexual desire at all.
