Or they may creep up on you and heat you up. Keep a fan handy. Keep in mind, it makes the "chills" easier too

Chills, now those I do get, I've been much more sensitive to cold than before.

As you are already aware, a certain eunuch friend of mine has had some success with the sensations of temperature swings by taking plant estrogens -- about half the normal dose (cutting pills in half). They still happen but the severity is considerably reduced.
It might be interesting to see if your temperature issues are correlated with actual changes in body temperature or not. In the case of my friend, it appears that they are not -- his core temp stays relatively constant even through the "personal summers".

Just a quick update,
This upcoming Thursday January 19th makes 13 weeks, not one single regret. The only difference I feel in my life is lower sex drive. Still have the same energy level, in fact I am now working out most every day, and riding my bike 20 miles each Sunday.

With tax time coming up soon, I realized today that I will be able to write off all the Dr' visits, Medication, and the Copay for my Orchiectomy, Nice that the government give me a bit if a break for this.

Yesterday I requested a Bone Density Scan as a base line. Today I received the ok from my Dr. and called in to schedule, they were able to get me in this afternoon, it was pretty simple just lied down on a HUGE scanner, it passed over me a few times. The tech said I look great. I should have the results tomorrow.

Today makes 17 weeks sense the surgery, over the past few weeks I have noticed a different feeling, I may be a bit calmer now, this is good. I've felt for lack of a better description "empty" I guess its the feeling now between my legs that something is missing, not that its a bad thing, its just different. Has anyone else had this feeling? Also I have been going to the gym every night and exercising for 30 min getting my heart rate up to 135-145. I feel great after and its taking me less and less time to recover. Final thing, even though I've cut the crap foods and exercising, I cannot seem to drop any weight. Any thoughts on this too?
Thanks
Ken

Ken,
Do you experience shortness of breath after exercising? I get it, which is not obvious to me all that much but if I answer the phone, right from just stacking firewood at a leisurely pace as an example, with no stress, I'm asked what were you doing? My increased rate of breathing is obvious to them.

Actually I've had problem with shortness of breath. My current exercise program is 30 minutes on the Treadmill, at 4 miles per hour. I get tired but I recover pretty quickly and each time the recovery time is less.
