I voted to restart, but I really would like to have all of the stories returned. They were great. If it would be possible to restart quickly, and add a separate archive of the old stories that would be marvelous.

I would say I have no problem with starting over! You can get a good format up and then send out an email asking everyone to rejoin and set up a nicer better looking profile. There were lots of abandoned profiles and the search in the old format was confusing and difficult to use. I look forward to a new personals with easier search functions and a chance to create a fuller profile on more variables for searching. I know this might take a while but I think it would be worth the wait as this group is very unique and there aren't lots of other opportunities for like minded individuals to meet. ))))))

I agree..if you do not use the personals much, do not waste anyone else time with inactivity. I have tried to reach many contacts only to find out they are no longer active. If you cannot at least acknowledge yourself at least once evert 2 weeks, you should be booted. Plain and simple. Sorry, this is how I feel. I WANT the Personals back NOW!!!

Ok folks, looks like the masses have spoken. I'll start work on getting a new personals section up.

New accounts will purge the old inactive accounts and give us a fresh start. It is probably much easier to do a fresh start also so that the effort saved could be focused on other functionality of the site.

I really like the personals. I meet a lot of people and friends there and enjoy the interaction! Lets just go forward and restart them! It will be nice to see a clean slate of characters and old friends with up-dated information. Sincerely, Sam
