Your body produces testosterone from more than just your balls - your adrenal glands also produce some.

How much? Depends upon your age (you produce the most at 17 and really start to come down around middle age, and plummet in your golden years), your genetics, even your diet (lots of red meat can produce testosterone) and lots of sex will boost it as well.

But you sound like me, someone that doesn't want the erections at all.

So, I plan to do the injections. Then I plan to NOT have sex with it anymore, and that should work. If it doesn't, I can always order estrogen off the interwebs - or just boost my estrogen using foods that will do so. American indians have called Black Cohash 'squah root' for hundreds of years for a reason. You can also find it in certain foods. Google is your friend.

i wish you all the luck in your process, i am a 52 year male and all iwanted was t get rid of my eections as you said. done some research and also estrogene and the other stuff was working on the liver. i cnt manage to stop stimulating

I'm a eunuch who is usually on HRT. If I go off HRT for more than a couple of weeks, I gradually lose not only my ability to sustain an erection but also my libido. However, everyone is different as to how this occurs, as Hash points out. If I stay off HRT for a few months, my penis shrivels and I soon lose my interest in sex. My body hair stops growing and my facial hair gradually diminishes. But, everyone will experience this differently.

On the questions that some have asked.

Sperm is produced in the testicles; so, no testicles = no new sperm production.

Testosterone is produced mainly in the testicles, but a little is produced in the adrenal glands (enough to get your count somewhere around 20 or 30, at least in my case); to my knowledge, eating red meat has nothing to do with Testosterone production, but it could make you feel "strong like bull," I guess.

Seminal fluids are produced mainly in the seminal vesicles and prostate; the testes produce a little (enough to move the sperm out of the testicle, along the vas deferens and into the ejaculatory duct); there's a small gland near the root of the penis that produces a small amount of clear fluid (commonly called "precum") that prepares the urethra to receive ejaculate. You can find all of this in detail with pics on the internet.

So, if a fully castrated male with an otherwise functioning reproductive system receives enough testosterone to bring his count to normal levels and stimulate his reproductive organs, he can orgasm and ejaculate to his heart's content. His ejaculate will lack the fluid that is produced in the testes and will, of course, be devoid of sperm.
