50k before taxes is chump change. Especially when my prosthetic leg costs me out of pocket 15k thats 20% of the 75K the leg costs and thats my entire year ssdi payment. Never mind my rent food medical expenses etc. Get real if my wife didn't pull in 60k before taxes we would be on the street. How we are going to surivive after she retires is a miracle we are praying for. Make the limit 100k then your talking.

I say teachers are not payed well. I was a teacher off and on for 25 years and our salary sucked.

Teachers would get good pay if the system was not so top heavy with administrators with there big pay checks.

Fire the top and give the teachers a raise.
